Located in the heart of the Bordeaux Vineyard, in a small hamlet, discover the Tayac holiday cottage, a charming house typical of the region, fully restored and equipped with all modern comforts. During your stay, you’ll enjoy the charm of this small hamlet with views of the vineyards. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a spacious living area with a lounge and dining room. The upper floor is divided to provide two separate sleeping areas, each accessible via a different staircase. The first features a spacious landing with an office area, two small bedrooms, and a small bathroom/toilet. The second has two bedrooms with access to the bathroom and toilet. For daytime convenience, a separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. The holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning and Electric heating (flat-rate fee applies from November to March). Utility room with a washing machine (separate from the holiday cottage) and a dryer. Rental of sheets, towels, and cleaning services available at an additional cost. Garage, covered parking for one car, and parking for several cars next to the holiday cottage. Boules court.
