Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the bike path just 500 meters away, winding through woods, vineyards, and natural areas. Nearby, let yourself be charmed by the Gironde Estuary and its cruises, the picturesque village of Bourg-sur-Gironde and its coastal road, or the Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde bird sanctuary and its characteristic marshes dotted with fishing huts and Restaurants.
The holiday cottage, located near the owners’ home and a second rental property, has a separate entrance to ensure your privacy. Carefully and fully renovated, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a sitting area and sleeping area (double bed 160x200), a bathroom with a shower stall and toilet, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine.
It is equipped with electric heating; the holiday cottage includes sheets, table linens, and towels in the rate. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available as an option.
