Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of l'Hôpital, close to the charming village of Eyrans, where you'll find a bakery, it offers a verdant setting with its own park and garden, where the sound of birdsong accompanies your moments of rest. Walking enthusiasts will appreciate the cycle path accessible at 500 meters, winding through woods, vineyards and natural areas. Nearby, you'll find the Gironde estuary and its cruises, the picturesque village of Bourg-sur-Gironde and its corniche road, and the bird sanctuary of Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde and its typical marshes dotted with carrelets and restaurants. The Holiday cottage, located near the owners' house and a second accommodation, has independent access to guarantee your peace and quiet. Entirely renovated with care, it comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room with sitting area and sleeping area (double bed 160x200), a shower room with shower cubicle and WC, and a laundry area with washing machine. It is equipped with Electric heating, and bed linen, table linen and towels are included in the Holiday cottage price. An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available.
