In the heart of the Nord Gironde region, just ten kilometers from Blaye and its Vauban citadel, we invite you to enjoy a warm welcome at this property, set in a large green area in a hamlet near the RD252. The Holiday cottage is housed in an old stone and rubble house that has been completely renovated, close to the owners' home and two other holiday cottages. On the first floor, it comprises a large living room with dining area and sitting room (wood-burning stove) opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with large shower, a separate toilet and a third attic bedroom on the first floor. To relax in fine weather, there's a dedicated garden area and a covered terrace with barbecue adjoining the kitchen. A leisure area shared by all three Holiday cottages is close to the gîte, with a swing and boulodrome (right of way in front of the gîte) and a shared table tennis table. Bed linen and towels can be hired, and a cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for a fee. Reversible air conditioning in the main room and electric radiators in the other rooms. Fiber-optic Wifi in the Holiday cottage. Spa available on reservation from the owners (fixed price for one hour for 5 people, €50). For security, there are cameras on the estate.

    Très bon séjour

    Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gite. Récent et bien aménagé dans un parc magnifique comme l'ensemble de la propriété. Le transat à l'ombre des grands arbres par cette forte chaleur a été un bonheur. Vu que nous étions en période de canicule la climatisation a été appréciée ainsi que l'accès au jacuzzi (en option). Terrain de boules, balançoire, jeux de fléchettes...
    Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et toujours de bon conseil sur les visites de la région. On voit qu'ils ont mis beaucoup de coeur à la remise en état de cet ensemble et qu'ils veillent à ce qu'il le reste à juste titre.
    Je recommande sans hésiter.

    Gîte très agréable confortable, très bien aménagé
    Accueil au top des propriétaires
    Les propriétaires avaient pris le temps de nous faire un sapin avec décorations (et des chocolats au pied du sapin)

    Séjour agréable

    Séjour agréable avec un cadre sur un jardin bien entretenu.
    Accueil chaleureux avec des propriétaires qui sont présents et qui restent à votre disposition en cas de besoin.
    je recommande cet endroit avec son gîte.

    Très bon gîte

    Très bon accueil par les propriétaires et ils sont également sympathiques. De plus le gîte et top. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter ce que nous avions prévu. Nous gardons l'adresse pour la prochaine fois.
