Gîte de Moulin

Ideally located in the north of the Gironde, in the Vineyard of Bordeaux, the Holiday cottage de Moulin welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. You'll be staying in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by nature, the Countryside and animals, around 1 km from the village of Cubnezais and 30 km from Bordeaux. You'll enjoy a private terrace with granite garden furniture for 12 people, a large garden (approx. 1800 m²), a boules area, Kids' play equipment (soccer pitch, wooden Cabin with slide and swing) and parking. The private saltwater swimming pool, heated to 28°C, is open from June 1 to September 15, weather permitting.
A 25 m² Wellbeing Chalet with massage table, sauna for 2-3 people, 3-seater Jacuzzi and walk-in shower is also available.

Adjoining the Holiday cottage, the first floor features a 140 m² living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room (table for 10 and another for 4 on the kitchen side), lounge (large corner sofa and relaxing armchair) with flat-screen TV and home cinema, bar area and arcade. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (one 160x200cm bed and two 90x200cm beds that can be converted to 180x200cm) plus a dormitory room for Kids with 2 x 2 Bunk beds, communicating with the previous two. A bathroom, separate toilet and utility room complete the first floor. Upstairs: a mezzanine with relaxation area and billiards table, two bedrooms (one 160x200cm bed and one 140x190cm bed), a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Underfloor heating (geothermal), bed linen, towels and table linen, end-of-stay cleaning included. Young and old alike can visit the animals on site (sheep, horse, donkey, mule, geese, chickens, peacocks), without having to feed them.
