Located between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, in the heart of the rolling hills of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, 20 minutes south of Bordeaux, we’ve converted the outbuildings of Château de Los—a 17th-century Bordeaux-style castle with panoramic views of vineyards and Forest, perfect for walks—into the Montval holiday cottage. Just a 10-minute walk away, head to the Arbor et Sens park for a fun day of tree-climbing with family or friends. Back at the holiday cottage, the Piscine (shared with a second holiday cottage) is at your disposal, and the peaceful setting invites you to enjoy an aperitif on your terrace. You’ll also have access to a garden and parking. The Piscine (5x10 m, depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.10 m) is open from May 1 to September 30. A storage area for your bikes is available.
The house features a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge area; a bedroom with access to the terrace, furnished with a 160x200 cm bed; a second bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds; a third bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet (accessible to guests with limited mobility), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, and a separate toilet.
Electric heating (8 kWh per day included), Wi-Fi.
Bed linen is provided.
Bath towels are available for rent; end-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day, electric heating, and charging an electric car via the 11 kW CCS outlet are subject to additional charges. Accommodation is adjacent to a second holiday cottage that sleeps 4 people. Telework is possible (internet connection available). Gas plancha grill. Ping-pong table. The property also includes the owners’ home.
