Gîte de mer Teychan

In Gujan-Mestras, on the very site of the store (*) where the owner and her family used to work, pack and ship oysters from the Bay of Arcachon, now stands this comfortable seaside gîte for four people.
Situated on the edge of a reservoir where neighboring oyster farmers store their oysters, and along the road that links Gujan's 7 ports, this gîte will be the ideal and original retreat for your vacation on the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Built in 2017, the Teychan gîte de mer is located between the ports of Larros and Gujan, in the heart of oyster-farming life, with an exceptional view.
Its rooms are spread over two levels: on the first floor, there's a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa lounge opening onto the terrace with garden furniture, as well as a toilet with laundry area (washing machine dryer). Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 80x200 beds, a shower room and separate toilet.
Reversible air conditioning, TV, wifi. Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included. Private parking. The gîte faces away from the railway line.

The lake at the foot of the gîte is a saltwater reservoir, fed by a lock according to the needs of neighboring professionals, depending on the tides. For safety reasons, and in accordance with the management regulations for this body of water, it is forbidden to bathe, fish, engage in nautical activities (canoeing, etc.), or dump solid or liquid waste. As the site is protected, it is forbidden to use any type of barbecue, plancha... for grilling.
Gîte rented exclusively from Sunday to Sunday.
