In Gujan-Mestras, on a site steeped in history where an oyster "store" once stood, the heart of a family business dedicated to preparing and shipping oysters from the Bay of Arcachon, today stands an elegant Holiday cottage by the Sea, designed to accommodate up to four people in a setting both authentic and refined.
Ideally situated between a working reservoir, where oyster farmers perpetuate their know-how, and the emblematic route of Gujan's 7 ports, this unique place promises total immersion in the soul of the Basin. A rare setting, between tradition and a change of scenery, for unforgettable vacations. Built in 2017, the Teychan Holiday cottage enjoys a privileged location between the port of Larros and the port of Gujan, in the heart of oyster farming life, with an exceptional view over this lively, preserved environment. Spread over two levels, the cottage combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere: On the first floor: a beautiful, bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, convivial dining area and lounge with sofa, opening onto a pleasant furnished terrace overlooking the basin. A laundry area with washing machine and dryer and a WC complete this level. Upstairs: two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with two 80x200 cm beds), an elegant shower room and a separate WC. For your Wellbeing, the Holiday cottage has reversible air conditioning, a TV and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included for a worry-free stay. At the foot of the Holiday cottage, the reservoir basin, fed by the tides for the needs of professionals, gives the place all its character. To preserve this protected site and for safety reasons, certain activities (Swimming, Fishing, water sports, barbecues, etc.) are not permitted. Rated 4 stars and with the "Naturellement Bassin" label, this Holiday cottage guarantees quality services in an exceptional environment. Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
