Ideally located in the Graves vineyard, just a stone’s throw from the Sauternes and Pessac-Léognan vineyards, 25 km from the beautiful city of Bordeaux, and not far from the Atlantic beaches and large lakes, this accommodation is sure to charm you for a stay of a few days or weeks.
Housed in the wine cellar of an unusual 17th-century estate, fully renovated to preserve its historic character while incorporating contemporary touches, it has been carefully designed with comfort in mind.
The ground floor features a large 30-square-meter living room with a DVD/Blu-ray player and a full-HD TV, a 15-square-meter fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large French door opening onto the terrace. Upstairs, there is a large 18-square-meter bedroom (160-cm bed), a 12-square-meter bedroom (two 90-cm beds), and a beautiful bathroom.
This holiday cottage has approval for a private garden of approximately 300m² and a tropical wood deck.
The bright rooms all open onto the enclosed, private, and very quiet garden.
Dogs are welcome under certain conditions, but cats are not permitted.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided; towel rentals and end-of-stay cleaning are available for a fee.
A security deposit check will be required for cleaning (€85 for one-week stays and €150 for stays of two weeks or more). Gas heating and tourist tax are extra.
The holiday cottage is attached to the owners’ home and is very quiet. Access to the cottage is through the property’s grounds. Parking is available in the grounds.

Laeti and Niels Relaxing and quiet stay in the middle of vineyards
The gîte offered all we could have needed: quietness, a bubble in nature and a relaxing location. Not only was it perfect in terms of accommodation and equipment, but the location was super central. It was perfect to discover the whole region, from the bassin d’Arcachon to the pine forests of the Landes, the Bordeaux vineyards and the beautiful villages at the entrance of the Périgord. If you love nature, food and wine, do not hesitate to book this gîte! On top of it you will be greeted by the hosts with so much kindness and hospitality (also from their cute little chickens)! We highly recommend it!

Thank you so much for your kind review!
We are luckily surrounded by lots of trees which are then bordered by mostly organic wine growers, horse meadows and the small cute village of Saint-Selve.
Indeed, to our humble opinion, quite a nice place to see and listen to all kind of birds, too. We benefit from the sun, the trees shade and, in summer, the natural freshness in the house due to large stone walls.
We are happy you had a lovely stay and look forward to seeing you again,

Magnifique gîte, très confortable et très bien meublé. Tranquillité absolue. Un gîte 4 épis qui les vaut bien.
