Located in the heart of the Sud Médoc, in the commune of Le Porge and just ten kilometers from the ocean beaches, the Holiday cottage de Maisonnieu welcomes you to a quiet, residential setting, ideal for a relaxing break between ocean and nature. You'll also benefit from the village's nearby shops, restaurants and other services. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the cycle path just 20 m from the Holiday cottage, providing easy access to the Beach. The house is set in enclosed grounds, close to the owners' home. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for pleasant moments of relaxation. On the first floor, you'll find a bright veranda with a dining area, a kitchen with dining area, a TV lounge, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a second attic bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, and another toilet with washbasin. The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating and air conditioning in the living room and upstairs bedroom. The staircase is equipped with a safety barrier at the top and bottom. Dogs are welcome. Bed linen, towels and cleaning service available for hire at the end of your stay (optional extra).
