Gîte de l'Isle

Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Denis-de-Pile, about 15 kilometers from Saint-Émilion, the Holiday cottage of the Isle is ideally situated for exploring the Libourne Vineyard and its prestigious appellations (Saint-Émilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, and more). Discover the La Calinésie water park, the Terra Aventura adventure course in Libourne, and the local markets. The holiday cottage, housed in a stone-built home, features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (traditional coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle), a dining area, and a TV lounge (with a sofa bed), as well as a bathroom (shower) with a toilet. An old straight staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find an attic bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a relaxation area (under the sloping ceiling). You will have access to a private Piscine (dimensions 8m x 4m, depth ranging from 1.20m to 2.30m, with a bubble cover to retain heat) and a ramp for entering the Piscine available from May 1st to mid-October, as well as a small enclosed garden with a thatched hut equipped with a mosquito net, garden furniture, and electric grills. The holiday cottage is located on a cul-de-sac near the owners’ home and other residences. Free parking in the village about 30 meters from the cottage. Reversible air conditioning. Bed linen provided. Bath and kitchen linens and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Mosquito screens on the front door, bathroom window, and bedroom window.
