Gîte de l'Isle

Located in the heart of the village of Saint Denis de Pile, some 15 km from Saint Emilion, the Holiday cottage de l'Isle is ideally situated for discovering the Vineyard of Libourne and its prestigious appellations (Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, etc.). The Holiday cottage, housed in a stone house, comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (traditional coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle), dining area and TV room (sofa bed), shower room with toilet. An old straight staircase takes you to the first floor, where you'll find an attic bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a relaxation area (under a crawl space). There's a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.20m to 2.30m deep, with heat-retaining bubble cover) and a ramp down to the pool available from May 01 to mid-October, plus a small enclosed garden with screened straw hut, garden furniture and electric planchas. The Holiday cottage is located in a cul-de-sac close to the owners and other houses. Free parking in the village about 30 meters from the Holiday cottage. Reversible air-conditioning.
