Holiday cottage located directly on the main street leading to Cap-Ferret, this 45m² accommodation is on the first floor of an Arcachonaise house with all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation. This rental comprises a living area with a 2-seater sofa bed, dining area and kitchen area (microwave, extractor hood, built-in oven and two ceramic hobs), a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room opens onto a balcony, and a low mezzanine accessed via a meunière ladder with a 1.40 m bed - careful with the head for tall people...
A privileged location in Cap Ferret on the banks of the Bassin d'Arcachon, opposite the mythical Ile aux Oiseaux, just a few meters from a pleasant little Beach.
Pets are welcome with a contribution of 5€/pet/day.
