Located directly on the main street leading to Cap-Ferret, this 45-square-meter holiday cottage is situated on the upper floor of a traditional Arcachon-style house and features all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation. This rental consists of a living area opening onto the balcony, with a sitting area (a two-person sofa bed), a dining area and kitchenette (microwave, range hood, freestanding oven, and two ceramic cooktop burners), a bedroom with a Bed 140 x 190, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. From the living area, a ladder leads to a low-ceilinged attic mezzanine equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed (watch your head if you’re tall...).
This holiday cottage enjoys a prime location in Cap Ferret, on the shores of the Arcachon Basin, across from the legendary Ile aux Oiseaux, with a lovely little beach just a few meters away.
Pets are welcome for a fee of 5€ per pet per day.
Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen linens are not provided, and guests are responsible for cleaning the cottage at the end of their stay.
To travel light, you can order and pay for your linens from Maison Paliquey before your arrival. The owner can then pick them up for you so that everything is ready upon your arrival. (https://www.maisonpaliquey.fr/)
