Enjoy your vacation close to the ocean. 10-minute walk through the Forest, crossing the GR8. Quick access via the D1215, which is close to the Holiday cottage. Cycle path 100m away and 3 adult bikes available. Unenclosed 1200m² approval pond next to the Holiday cottage, with various species of duck, on 3900m of wooded, gated grounds bordering the local road. Attractive ground-floor house, with fitted kitchen/lounge and dining room. The entrance hall leads into the living room. A corridor leads to a shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet and three bedrooms, two with 1.40m beds and one with two 0.90m beds. You're close to the vélodyssée cycle path: pointe de Grave towards Lacanau. Private access road to the Holiday cottage with night markers, parking next to the Holiday cottage on the property. The GR8 Saint Jacques de Compostelle coastal path in Gironde. The Cordouan lighthouse can be seen from the Beach on a clear day. If you have the chance, go and visit it. Barbecue, swings, badminton rackets, darts, Mölky, garden table and chairs, sun loungers. Heating included. Shops 1.5km away. Covered market in Soulac-sur Sea 5 Km.

Cricou 31 Gîte et son étang magnifiques
Gîte exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique, jardin très bien entretenu, l'étang ainsi que le cygne et les canards sont un plus non négligeable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances, très reposante et très bien située géographiquement. Propriétaires très sympathiques, accueillants et attentionnés. Si nous devons à l'avenir séjourner dans cette région, nous réserverons sans hésiter ce même gîte.

Sarah Really lovely place to stay
This was a really lovely place to stay. Plenty of space inside, well equipped. The outside space was excellent - sun annd shade depending on what you wanted. The garden itself is huge with a large pond for birdlife, and although some parts are not accessible to guests the overall size made the garden feel quiet and private. The area is peaceful - good access to the beach (very close to the tidal pools and not far from largely empty beaches) and local towns via a safe cycle / walking path (over the railway). Soulac has good shops for essentials and a great market. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We had an excellent stay and would happily return. Thank you Marie-Therese and Francis.

Séjour très agréable et reposant.
Le gîte a tout ce qu'il faut. L'étang et le jardin ombragé ont été un plus contre les hautes chaleurs.
A proximité de la plage et de Soulac sur Mer.
