Welcome to the Holiday cottage de la Fleur, located on the first floor of the owner's house, with a completely independent entrance accessible via an exterior galvanized steel staircase. Enjoy a pleasant private outdoor space including a terrace equipped with a pergola and a free-standing barbecue, ideal for your moments of relaxation. A reserved plot, bordered by a wooden fence, completes this peaceful setting. Inside, the Holiday cottage features a bright and inviting living room with two comfortable sofas, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also two attic bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190), and a modern shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. For your comfort in all seasons, the property is equipped with reversible air conditioning. As part of our environmentally-friendly approach, electricity consumption is included up to a limit of 16 kWh/day (any excess to be paid according to meter reading), as is a composter for sorting bio-waste. Bed linen and towels provided. Ideally located, the Holiday cottage de la Fleur is the perfect base from which to discover the riches of the Sud Gironde and surrounding area. Discover the Écomusée de Marquèze, in the heart of the Landes region, or marvel at the majestic Dune du Pilat. Nearby, enjoy outdoor activities such as canoeing on the Leyre at Salles or water sports at Lake Hostens (supervised swimming in season, pedal boats, paddle boats, sailing, kayaking...). A bus stop is just 500 m away, the Marcheprime train station is 15.5 km away, and the beaches of Arcachon and Biscarrosse are within easy reach for your ocean escapades.
