Holiday cottage de la Broitelière is set in an old Girondine house, adjoining the owner's home. It has an enclosed garden and a covered terrace with barbecue. You can park your car under the covered shelter.
The Holiday cottage has a fitted kitchen, a dining/living room (sofa bed BZ 130x190cm), two bedrooms, one of 12 M² (1 bed 140x190cm and a smaller one with 1 bed 90x190cm), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Oil-fired and electric central heating (network and solar panels, extra charge).
Possibility of renting sheets, towels and kitchen linen for a fee.
Pets allowed with deposit.
From the Holiday cottage, you can take advantage of your stay to visit the village of Saint Emilion, 25km away, and the City of Blaye and its Vauban citadel, 30km away.
You'll find a butcher's shop in the Countryside 5.3km away in Laruscade at the Carrefour Market. If you'd like to discover a wine estate, you can go to Périssac, and enjoy a tasting of Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur appellation wines, not forgetting, for the Kids, a tasting of grape juice and sparkling wine.
The property is not equipped for recharging electric vehicles, and plugging in is strictly forbidden.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with solar panels.
