Gite de Guerin

You'll be staying in a Holiday cottage housed in a long 19th-century stone building that was once a wine storehouse and later a sheepfold. It adjoins the owners' property and stables, and is located in a hamlet off the RD10, in a peaceful setting in the heart of the vineyards, 25 km from St Emilion, 35 km from Bordeaux and 10 km from Libourne. It has an enclosed garden with a large terrace. Around the Holiday cottage, horse meadows are located in the immediate vicinity. There's a large 50 m² living room with kitchen/dining/living area, 3 bedrooms including one accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 beds 0.90x1.90m, 2 beds 1.40x1.90m), a shower room with large walk-in shower, and a toilet. Underfloor heating (€8.50 per day from early October to late April). Bed linen (€8 per bed), towels (€4 per person) and end-of-stay cleaning (€65) available at extra cost. Kitchen linen is provided. Pets allowed. We have a dog, cats and two horses. Internet access by plug or wifi. Tourist tax extra.
