Discover this spacious holiday cottage, housed in an authentic Gironde-style home full of character, at the foot of the charming village of Pujols, just outside the Dordogne. Adjacent to the owners’ second home yet featuring a completely separate entrance, it offers a peaceful and welcoming setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped separate kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine. The spacious 35 m² living room, warm and bright, opens onto a pleasant covered terrace with outdoor furniture. It features a dining area, a cozy sitting area with rattan armchairs, and a reading nook with a sofa bed.
The first bedroom, measuring 29 m², features a 160 cm double bed and a 120 cm sofa bed. You’ll also appreciate the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, hair dryer, and electric towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a landing with a closet leads to a second bedroom measuring 16 m², equipped with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two single beds (80x200 available upon request) as well as a 90 cm sofa bed.
For your comfort, bed linen, bathroom linen, and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The holiday cottage comfortably accommodates 4 people, with the option of an extra bed upon request (free for one child; €70/week surcharge for one adult). End-of-stay cleaning service is available for a fee.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a fully fenced garden with trees, furnished with benches and armchairs for peaceful moments of relaxation. Kids will love the playground with swings and a slide. Private, enclosed parking is also available. Tourist tax is charged separately.

The village of Pujols, located just 1 km away, features a grocery store with a bread counter, a tobacco and newsstand, a Restaurant, as well as a post office and a bank. You can also explore its Romanesque church and castle. In Castillon-la-Bataille, 5 km away, you’ll find all the shops and additional services you need.
From the Gotic holiday cottage, set out to discover the region’s treasures: Saint-Émilion, 17 km away; Michel de Montaigne’s castle in the Dordogne, 13 km away; or the Château de Duras, 25 km away. In Castillon-la-Bataille, during the season, you can attend the “Battle of Castillon” reenactment, which recounts the history of the Hundred Years’ War.
