Discover this spacious Holiday cottage, set in an authentic, characterful Gironde house, at the foot of the charming village of Pujols, at the gateway to the Dordogne. Adjoining the owners' holiday home, but with its own entrance, it offers a peaceful and convivial setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped independent kitchen: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The vast 35 m² living room is warm and bright, opening onto a pleasant covered terrace with garden furniture. The first bedroom, 29 m², has a 160 cm double bed and a 120 cm sofa bed. You'll also appreciate the modern bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer and electric towel rail, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing with closet leads to a second 16 m² bedroom with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two single beds (80x200 on request), plus a 90 cm sofa-bed. For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The Holiday cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with the possibility of an extra bed on request (free for a Kids, €70/week supplement for an adult). End-of-stay cleaning service available at extra charge. Outside, you'll enjoy a fully fenced garden with trees, benches and armchairs for relaxing in peace and quiet. Kids will love the swing set and slide. Private enclosed parking is also available. The village of Pujols, just 1 km away, offers a grocery store with bread, tobacco and newspapers, a restaurant, as well as a post office and bank. You can also visit its Romanesque church and château. In Castillon-la-Bataille, 5 km away, you'll find all the shops and services you need, and from the Holiday cottage you can explore the region's treasures: Saint-Émilion 17 km away, Michel de Montaigne's château in the Dordogne 13 km away, or Duras château 25 km away. In Castillon la Bataille, in season, you can attend the Bataille de Castillon show, which retraces the history of the Hundred Years' War. Looking for nature and leisure?
