Located in the heart of the Fronsadais Vineyard, in a peaceful setting overlooking the vines, the Bel Air Holiday cottage is set in a detached house and boasts a large private garden with swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 80 cm to 1.80 m) open from 12/06 to 30/09 (these dates may vary depending on weather conditions), portico, covered terrace and charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, lounge area and 5 deckchairs. It comprises a large main room with kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace (wood supplied) and relaxation area, three bedrooms (two beds 140x190 and two beds 90x190), a bathroom: bath and separate shower and a separate toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating. For an easy stay, bed linen, towels, Piscine towels and table linen are included in the price. Cleaning service available at end of stay (extra charge). Tourist tax extra. Pets are welcome, subject to payment of a cleaning fee. Small shop (grocery, bread) 1.5 km away, 10 km from Saint André de Cubzac, 19.6 km from Libourne, 25.5 km from Saint-Emilion.

Pas de piscine bien évidemment en hiver mais d'agréables conditions pour un séjour en famille. Tout a d'ailleurs été fait pour qu'il en soit ainsi. Merci !

Gîte au calme avec belle pièce à vivre et bien équipé. Magasin alimentaire à 10 minutes et à 40 minutes de Bordeaux donc déplacement facile. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre au domaine Bouchet à quelques pas, très accueillant également et superbe pour une petite pause dégustation.
