Located in the heart of the Fronsadais vineyards, in a peaceful setting overlooking the vines, the Bel Air gîte is set in a detached house and boasts a large private garden with swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 80 cm to 1.80 m) open from 01/05 to 30/09 depending on weather conditions, portico, covered terrace and barbecue. It comprises a large main room with kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace (wood supplied) and relaxation area, three bedrooms (two 140x190 beds and two 90x190 beds), a bathroom with shower and bath and an independent toilet. Outside room with washing machine. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. Sheets, towels, pool towels and table linen are included in the price. Cleaning service available at end of stay (extra charge). Tourist tax extra. Swimming pool open from 12/06 to 30/09 (dates may vary according to weather conditions). Pets are welcome, subject to payment of a €70 cleaning fee. 10km from Saint André de Cubzac, 19.6Km from Libourne, 25.5km from Saint-Emilion.

5/5The gite has everything you might need and is extremely spacious and comfortable. It is in a quiet, rural area, surrounded by vineyards and fields and on a quiet track on the edge of the village with no road noise at all. It is a very peaceful setting with views from the patio over the vineyards as the sun sets. The gite is well stocked with plenty of cooking items, cutlery and crockery. The main living area is spacious and light. Beds are comfortable with plenty of linens and the bathroom/shower is fine with plenty of hot water. There is plenty of local information provided. There is a small shop in the village, but the local town of Saint Andre de Cubzac is about 15 mins by car and this is a larger town with weekly market, supermarket, train station etc. If you are here with children, there is a pool, plenty of enclosed grassy space to play and a swing set. The gite's owner is available and friendly. Highly recommended as a great place to relax but with easy proximity to Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, Arcachon and other tourist spots in the region.

3/5Plein de petites choses à revoir dans ce gite.moustiquaires...fenêtre...cuisine plaque de cuisson placard..hotte aspirante qui fait un boucanier d'enfer.porte d'entrée serrure.portail coulissant qui sort des rails. Les alentours de la piscine,avec des panneaux en bois,près à tomber. Canapés très fatigués. Bref pleins de détails ,et c'est dommage.

Séjour au calme
5/5Un séjour idéal, au calme avec vue sur les vignes. Un accueil parfait des propriétaires très disponibles. une belle visite de cette région que nous ne connaissions pas et ou nous reviendrons certainement. Le marché du dimanche de Libourne vaut vraiment le détour, une belle gastronomie du sud-ouest à découvrir. Il ne manque rien dans cette charmante maison ou nous avons séjourné 3 semaines avec des températures exceptionnelles de 30 à 38° pour un mois de septembre, un régal autour de la piscine.

C'est un endroit très agréable.Les gros atouts sont la situation calme au milieu de vignes, le grand terrain clôturé et
La grande piscine pour un prix du séjour tout à fait correct.Cependant la propriété mériterait quelques interventions de rafraîchissements.
Les palissades, la sdb, la cuisine, matelas, canapé.
Pompe à chaleur de la piscine.Pour le reste le gîte est très propre et spacieux.
