This holiday cottage is located in the outbuildings of a castle, set within a 2-hectare wooded and fenced-in park, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, Cinema, etc.). It’s a peaceful retreat just a stone’s throw from the city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train from the Sainte-Eulalie station or by tram from the neighboring towns of Lormont or Carbon Blanc. From this prime location, you can set out to explore all the treasures the department has to offer.
You’ll have access to a private outdoor area with patio furniture.
The house features a living area with an open-concept kitchen (oven and microwave), a living area and a sitting area with reversible air conditioning, two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 cm, 2 beds 90x190 cm, 1 baby bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
You can park your vehicle on the property.
Electric heating. Option to rent sheets, kitchen linens, and towels; cleaning service available for an additional fee. Parking. Fan available for hot weather.
