This holiday cottage is located in the outbuildings of a castle, set within a 2-hectare wooded and fenced-in park, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, Cinema, etc.). It’s a peaceful retreat just a stone’s throw from the city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train from the Sainte-Eulalie station or by tram from the neighboring towns of Lormont or Carbon Blanc. From this prime location, you can set out to explore all the treasures the department has to offer.
You’ll have access to a private outdoor area with patio furniture.
The house features a living area with an open-concept kitchen (oven and microwave), a living area and a sitting area with reversible air conditioning, two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 cm, 2 beds 90x190 cm, 1 baby bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
You can park your vehicle on the property.
Electric heating. Option to rent sheets, kitchen linens, and towels; cleaning service available for an additional fee. Parking. Fan available for hot weather.

    Séjour bordelais

    Les lits ne sont pas très conforables, ainsi que le canapé blanc dans la salle de séjour et les chaises dans le jardin. Dans la cuisine une des machines à café nous a manqué, ainsi que les sciseaux. Le nombre de verres à vin est au minimum.
    La salle de bains est très simple!
    A mon avis c’est plutôt un gîte à 2 épis et pas à 3 épis.

    Petit séjour très agréable

    Séjour très agréable dans ce charmant gîte très bien situé (pas loin de Bordeaux mais au calme et entouré de verdure).
    L’immense jardin est un vrai plus pour les enfants !

    Zalig weekje in alle rust

    Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in de gîte Beausite. Het huis bood ons alle comfort. De ligging van de gîte in het prachtige park is uitzonderlijk. Op de warmste dagen kan je er verkoeling vinden onder de bomen en het is duidelijk dat het park door de eigenaars met veel liefde onderhouden wordt. Een aanrader voor wie van rust, kalmte en mooie planten houdt. We werden onthaald door de zoon van mevrouw Bouteaudou die heel zorgzaam was en beschikbaar voor alle vragen. Heel hartelijk bedankt!

    PS. Een puntje van constructieve feedback nog voor de eigenaars :-) : misschien moet eens nagekeken worden of huisraad en keukengerei nog aanwezig zijn zoals oorspronkelijk voorzien. Er was in ons geval geen schaar in de keuken. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat die zeker aanwezig geweest is, maar dat dergelijke spullen wel eens verdwijnen na langdurig verhuur.
