Holiday cottage chez Catherine is set in a stone house in the village of Vensac, with 400 m² of private, fully enclosed grounds, two terraces (one covered), garden furniture for 6 people, 5 deckchairs, barbecue, plancha, 5 bicycles, children's swing, trampoline available. Large living room with fitted kitchen, dining and relaxation area (fireplace), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 180 and 1 bed 90). Shower room, separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine and electric dryer). Relaxation room with Jacuzzi (extra charge), billiards room and Cinema room with 198 cm screen with Netflix and 1000-watt sound system with 5.1. system, Video bonus, Electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning package available at extra cost. Pets are welcome with a daily fee, a deposit and a cleaning package. Wood not supplied. Your vehicle may be parked on the gated property.

Medocaise Wunderbarer Urlaub
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten, den under Hund sehr genossen hat. Gerade auch die überdachte Terrasse konnten wir gut nutzen, da es vom Wetter her nicht so beständig war. Das Haus hat allen Komfort.

Gîte très bien équipé avec des propriétaires aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec de belles plages à moins de 15 minutes.
