Holiday cottage chez Catherine is set in a stone house in the village of Vensac, with 400 m² of private, fully enclosed grounds, two terraces (one covered), garden furniture for 6 people, 5 deckchairs, barbecue, plancha, 5 bicycles, children's swing, trampoline available. Large living room with fitted kitchen, dining and relaxation area (fireplace), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 180 and 1 bed 90). Shower room, separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine and electric dryer). Relaxation room with Jacuzzi (extra charge), billiards room and Cinema room with 198 cm screen with Netflix and 1000-watt sound system with 5.1. system, Video bonus, Electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning package available at extra cost. Pets are welcome with a daily fee, a deposit and a cleaning fee.

Perfect holiday
5/5This gite is absolutely fantastic! The garden is large with several sections - some for playing, some for relaxing, some for eating etc. You can move around after the sun all day. It is possible to have comfortable shade when needed, and the stone house also maintains a comfortable and cool temperature on hot summer days (we had 27-32 degrees every day). The house itself also has everything you need and plenty of space for a family of four. Great with billiards and football games, as well as a cinema (we didn't use the spa). Short distance to a small grocery store that sells delicious fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning. About 10-15 minutes by car to several beautiful beaches, Soulac sur Mer was our favorite. Also about 10 minutes to the large market in Montalivet. The owners were very helpful and nice. We couldn't have had a better holiday! Thank you for your hospitality.

Wunderbare 2 Wochen in einer Medocaise
5/5Alles war perfekt. Wie immer toller und unkomplizierter Empfang durch die Vermieter. Die neuen Betten sind hervorragend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter!!

5/5Vraiment un gîte au top dans la tradition des Gites de France . Tout est fait pour le bien être des occupants pendant leur séjour
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et apprécié le confort des prestations tant dans la maison que dans le jardin au calme ou sous la terrasse couverte
Il est de plus fort bien situé pour les balades vélos soit vers la cote landaise ou les petits ports de l'estuaire
