Gîte Birebois

Welcome to the Birebois holiday cottage, in the heart of the Arcachon Basin.
Located in the southern part of the Arcachon Basin, in the town of Gujan Mestras, our holiday cottage welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. Its location is ideal for exploring the area and its many tourist attractions: from traditional oyster ports to the amusement park and its numerous activities for all ages (Aqualand, Kidparc, La Coccinelle, Terraventura Adventure Course, etc.), to the beaches of the Arcachon Basin—there’s something for everyone. Leave your car behind during your stay and take the train to explore Arcachon, its beaches, and its “Winter City,” thanks to the train station located just 350 meters from the holiday cottage (railway tracks 100 meters away). This proximity is a real advantage for getting around and makes it easy to reach the main towns in the southern part of the Arcachon Basin as well as Bordeaux.
Our holiday cottage is a newly built house located at the back of the property, 80 meters from our main residence. You’ll have access to private parking and various private outdoor spaces for pleasant moments of relaxation and leisure: a garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a raised terrace, a lounge area, and a ping-pong table.
Our house was designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility: an access ramp leading to the house from the parking area, a bathroom with a shower and seat, and a raised toilet.
It features a beautiful, air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge area with a television, two bedrooms—one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 140x190 bed and a Bed 90x190 bunk bed—a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine. Sheets, towels, table linens, end-of-stay cleaning, air conditioning, and heating are included in the price. Baby gear is available upon request.
