This charming, detached 17th-century stone house, close to the village, is set in a magnificent 6000 m² private, enclosed park overlooking the Dordogne and the iron bridge built by Gustave Eiffel in the 19th century. The house comprises a kitchen (microwave, tumble-dryer), a living/dining room with 16th-century wood panelling typical of the Bordeaux school, 3 bedrooms with French windows opening onto the garden (1 bed 140X200cm, 4 beds 90x200cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
