Situated close to the owners' home, this large, fully-renovated detached house boasts a 3000 m² enclosed garden with a pleasant view over the vineyards. A large covered terrace with built-in barbecue and a bowling green will enable you to enjoy pleasant moments with friends or family.
The house features a beautiful living room with dining area, lounge and mezzanine, a vast fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (3 beds 160x200cm and 2 beds 90x200cm), two of which have private shower rooms, a large independent bathroom with shower, bath and double basin, two independent toilets and a utility room adjoining the kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, kitchen linen, heating and air conditioning are included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee - a specific cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival and returned on departure unless the condition of the Holiday cottage requires it).
