A charming stay in this former dovecote in the heart of Entre Deux Mers!

We welcome you to an old dovecote we've renovated, in a hamlet in the heart of the Entre Deux Mers region, 3 kilometers from the bastide town of Monségur. The place we've saved is typical of the Aquitaine landscape. You'll enjoy a semi-enclosed garden, a covered terrace and access to our saltwater Piscine, secured by a sliding cover (Dimensions 4 m X 11 m, depth from 1.06 m to 1.70 m, three angled steps, "unheated", outdoor shower). On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge207l/freezer70 l), a living/dining room with 80 cm flat-screen TV and DVD player, Internet and WiFi (via fiber), a separate toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom/shower/toilet, and a storeroom. There are two floors in the pigeon house, opposite the bedroom. On the second floor, you'll find a shower room and separate wc, and on the second floor a small bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm), equipped with reversible air-conditioning. From this room, you have a beautiful view of the Dropt valley, its Vineyards and the Côtes de Duras. The old fireplace in the living room is one of the architectural features of the Holiday cottage, but is purely decorative. Underfloor heating/air-conditioning on the ground floor. Reversible air-conditioning upstairs Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided, heating included (swimming pool towels not included). End-of-stay cleaning service available at extra charge.
