A charming stay in this former dovecote in the heart of Entre Deux Mers!

We welcome you to a former dovecote that we have renovated, located in a hamlet in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, 3 kilometers from the bastide town of Monségur. This building, which we have preserved, is characteristic of the Aquitaine landscape. Although the interior has been modernized, it retains its traditional character.
You’ll have access to a semi-enclosed garden, a covered terrace, and our saltwater pool, which is protected by a sliding cover (dimensions: 4 m x 11 m, depth ranging from 1.06 m to 1.70 m, three steps in the corner, "unheated," outdoor shower). Storage area for lounge chairs and a beach umbrella.
The holiday cottage features, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric stovetop, 207-liter refrigerator / 70-liter freezer), a living/dining room with an 80-cm flat-screen TV and DVD player, Wifi Internet (via fiber optic), a separate toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200 cm) with private bathroom (bathroom: bathtub, shower, and toilet included), and a pantry with a washing machine.
Two floors have been converted in the dovecote, opposite the bedroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a separate shower room and a separate toilet, and on the second floor, a small loft (2 beds, 90x190 cm), equipped with reversible air conditioning. From this mezzanine, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Dropt Valley, its Vineyards, and the Côtes de Duras, 9 km away.
The old fireplace in the living room is one of the holiday cottage’s architectural highlights; it is purely decorative.
Underfloor heating and air conditioning on the ground floor. Reversible air conditioning upstairs.
Bed linen, bathroom linen, and kitchen linens are provided; heating is included (pool towels are not included). End-of-stay cleaning is available for a fee.
The phone in the holiday cottage can only receive calls.
