Located in Audenge, in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, our Holiday cottage is the ideal base for discovering the wonders of the area: its beaches, oyster ports, picturesque villages and unspoilt nature. Nature lovers will appreciate the many cycle paths and Hiking trails, including the Domaine de Certes et de Graveyron, the Delta de la Leyre and the sentier du littoral.
This comfortable house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, and offers a warm, modern interior. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant, carefree stay. It comprises a living room with a fully-equipped east-facing kitchen, a bright and spacious lounge/dining room, two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood, our house guarantees calm and serenity, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, yet close to local amenities and attractions. You'll enjoy the sunny terrace for alfresco dining, and can also relax in the landscaped courtyard in front of the house after a day's exploring.
The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and Electric heating in the bedrooms and bathroom. The price includes bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay.
A medium-sized car rental is available in front of the Holiday cottage or on the quiet street in front of the Holiday cottage.
