Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Médoc, between ocean and estuary, forest and Vineyard, our Holiday cottage is in the center of Lesparre Médoc, close to all amenities. This location is ideal for discovering all the riches of the area: the prestigious Médoc châteaux route, ocean beaches, bucolic harbors along the estuary, discovering natural areas during Hiking in the forest or marshes and much more. Our Holiday cottage, adjoining our main residence, is housed in an old house that has been completely renovated inside and out. You'll have your own private, enclosed outdoor space with terrace and small garden. The house comprises a bright, spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting area, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an en-suite shower room with large shower and a separate toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating (not included in the price). Bed linen, towels and housekeeping included. Parking is either on the street next to the Holiday cottage (free public parking lot), or in the garden (private parking lot) with access to the Holiday cottage via the garden. Non-smoking Holiday cottage (smoking possible on terrace).
