Ideally located 50 meters from the beach, our Dunes apartment offers a soothing interlude with an ocean view, a magical sunrise over the pine forest and rooftops of Soulac, and a magnificent Beach. Whether you're a couple or a family, you're sure to fall in love!
Forget the car for the duration of your stay, everything is close at hand: the City center is just 500 m away, with its shops, restaurants, covered market, sea front, bike paths and forest trails. Heritage and history buffs can discover the many treasures of the area: Basilique Notre-Dame-de-la-Fin-des-Terres, Soulac villas, Cordouan lighthouse, Atlantic Wall bunkers, not forgetting, further south, the prestigious Médoc châteaux and vineyards.
Located on the second floor of a secure residence (building entrance with digicode) with elevator, our apartment has been carefully renovated and includes :
- a pleasant living room with fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee maker), dining room (both with views of the pine forest), TV room opening onto the ocean-view loggia.
- an ocean-view bedroom with a 140x190 bed
- a pine forest view bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds
- a bathroom with toilet
- a loggia with panoramic view of the ocean and Cordouan lighthouse.
Rental price includes WiFi access, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and table linen. End-of-stay cleaning extra (a mandatory €100 cleaning deposit will be required on arrival, even if the end-of-stay cleaning option has been taken out).
Private parking space in the residence. Non-smoking accommodation.
