Ideally located 2 km from the city center and beaches of Andernos, in a quiet, residential area ideal for relaxation, Douceur Océane is a house entirely renovated in 2016, attached to the owner. It features a separate entrance, a private, enclosed garden with unoverlooked terrace, the possibility of parking a car, garden furniture and a barbecue. It comprises a main room with fully-equipped oven-grill kitchen, dining room and lounge area, daylight well (sofa bed) with TV and wifi, a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a bedroom with two 90x200 beds, a large shower room with Italian-style shower (washing machine) and an independent toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €40 to be paid on site. Gas heating included in the price. Permanent barbecue. Restaurant 1 Km. City center 2 Km. Market.

    Première vacances à quatre

    Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en famille.
    Le logement est très bien pour une famille (2 adultes, un enfant de 3 ans et un bébé de 5 mois) , nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans le jardin.
    La possibilité d'aller à pied dans le centre d'Andernos par des chemins de forêt est très agréable.
    Les propriétaires sont très agréable et de bon conseil !

    Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour à Douceur Océane. Le gîte est très confortable, très propre et bien équipé et au calme
    . De plus vous pouvez garer votre véhicule dans la cour ou devant le gîte, il y a tjrs de la place.
    Nous le recommandons fortement si vous avez l intention de passer des vacances dans le bassin d Arcachon, Andernos les bains et une très jolie station
