Located in Villeneuve de Blaye, a small village just a few kilometers from the Corniche road between the citadels of Blaye and Bourg, our Holiday cottage "Côté Verger" is set in pleasant, verdant surroundings, an invitation to relax. Situated on our property, which also includes our main home, the gîte is housed in fully restored outbuildings. All on one level, it features a shaded terrace with garden furniture and an adjoining garden planted with trees and flowers, and offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge area (sofa with extra pull-out beds), a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a shower room with large shower and toilet. A baby bed, high chair and bathtub are also available for your baby. The accommodation has reversible air-conditioning. The Holiday cottage is non-smoking. Parking is available outside the property (free parking space in the street opposite the property; it is also possible to park a small vehicle inside the property (narrow passage). Our little westie dog may come to meet you during your stay. Bed linen is included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). We can welcome you on Saturdays and Sundays from 4.30pm and on other days of the week from 6.30pm.

Ce séjour restera un très bon souvenir même s'il fut court par le cadre charmant du gite,le contact très sympa avec les propriétaires (et leur adorable Ruby) ainsi que par la présence apaisante à proximité de l'estuaire de la Gironde.

Gîte plein de charme réalisé dans un ancien chais avec tout le confort ...
Dans les terres mais proche des commerces et à 10 minutes des villes les plus proches...

immer wieder Frankre Sehr angenehm
Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques et nous ont donné de nombreux bons conseils sur les sites à visiter, etc. L'équipement de la maison de vacances est de trs bon goût et de très bonne qualité. Le petit chien n'aboie pratiquement jamais et accueille chaleureusement les vacanciers. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte. Grand merci à Mme et M. Alexander!

Pierrisa Un accueil attentionné dans un gîte charmant
Côté verger est un gîte agréable et apaisant. Les hôtes ont misé sur le confort des vacanciers.Ils sont de très bon conseil pour la découverte de la région. La localisation de ce gîte est idéale pour rayonner dans la région de l'estuaire.

Très bon séjour dans ce beau gîte qui est agréable, bien équipé, très propre. La clim est appréciable par forte chaleur.
Très bon accueil des propriétaires, disponibles et de bon conseil pour les visites.

Douglas Calme et repos
Très agréable gîte, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un délicieux séjour. Calme et repos au sein d’un jardin plein de charme, dans le vignoble de Blaye. À quelques pas de la Gironde amenant fraîcheur et sérénité.
