Côté Océan

Located in the heart of the Médoc, 500 meters from the center of the village of Vensac, our Côté Océan holiday cottage welcomes you for your stay in a pleasant setting. Ideally situated less than 10 kilometers from the ocean, you can enjoy the nearby ocean beaches lined with wild dunes, take pleasant walks in the Forest, or, a little further afield, explore the treasures of the Gironde Estuary and the Médoc Vineyards.
Our holiday cottage is located in a new house and features a private, fenced-in 1,000 m² lot with a terrace, patio furniture, a barbecue, a plancha grill, a swing, and a trampoline. Entirely on one level, it consists of a beautiful living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge, as well as three bedrooms furnished as follows: one with a 160x200 bed, two beds 90x190, one bed 90x190, and a baby bed; a bathroom; a separate toilet; and a garage with a washer and dryer (space available for parking bikes and motorcycles).
The holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating and a heat pump (reversible air conditioning) located in the living area only; electricity consumption will be calculated based on the meter reading, with a deduction of 8 kWh per day. Parking is available on the property. To ensure a stress-free stay, bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (for an additional fee).
Pets are welcome under certain conditions: a supplement of 10€ per day per pet plus an additional security deposit of 150€. Outdoor amenities are currently being finalized.
A restaurant located on a campsite 500 meters from the holiday cottage is open to the public in July and August, with entertainment twice a week.
