Côté Océan

Located in the heart of the Médoc, 500 meters from the center of the village of Vensac, our Holiday cottage Côté Océan welcomes you for your stay in pleasant surroundings. Ideally located less than 10 kilometers from the ocean, you can enjoy the proximity of the ocean beaches lined with wild dunes, take pleasant walks in the Forest or, further afield, discover the riches of the Gironde estuary and the Médoc Vineyard. Our Holiday cottage is housed in a new house and has its own private, enclosed 1000 m² grounds with terrace, barbecue and plancha garden furniture, swing and trampoline. Entirely on one level, it comprises a lovely living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, three bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed, two 90x190 beds, a 90x190 bed and a baby bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a garage with washing machine and tumble dryer (bikes and motorcycles can also be parked there). The Holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating and a heat pump (reversible air conditioning) present in the living room only. Electricity consumption will be based on the meter reading with the deduction of 8Kwh/day. Parking on the property. For a worry-free stay, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge). Pets welcome under certain conditions: extra charge of €10/day/pet + €150 security deposit. Exterior work in progress. Restaurant located in a campsite 500 meters from the Holiday cottage, open to the public in July and August with entertainment twice a week.
