Clair Matin

Located in the heart of the Medoc vineyards, in the commune of Margaux, around forty kilometers from Bordeaux and the ocean, our Holiday cottage "Clair Matin" welcomes you for a stay in our magnificent region. This totally independent house stands on a large, fully enclosed plot, offering a garden, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a parking area equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles (invoiced on meter reading). Located in a residential area, just one kilometer from the City center, you'll benefit from the proximity of various shops and services, as well as transport links, such as the train station (TER line) and a nearby bus line.
Set over two levels, the Holiday cottage comfortably sleeps 10. The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a main room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with TV and gaming room, a shower room with large shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms (two with 160x200 beds and one with a 140x190 bed) and a dormitory with four 90x200 beds, the latter with a French window opening directly onto an outside staircase. A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet complete this floor. The living areas and bedrooms are equipped with reversible air-conditioning. Pets allowed at an additional cost per stay and per animal. You can also rent sheets and towels, and take advantage of a cleaning service at the end of your stay (optional services at extra charge). The exterior fittings are currently being finalized.
