Located in the heart of the vineyards of Blaye and the Unesco triangle (Blaye 10 km, Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion 45 km), the Holiday cottage "Chez Noisette" welcomes you to a restored 19th-century farmhouse, family property for 300 years. Suitable for two people, this 40 m² Holiday cottage opens onto 3 hectares of landscaped grounds. It features a lovely 30 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha, a main room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, a large bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be twinned to form a 180x200 cm bed, and a shower room with toilet, providing all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Bed linen is included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). Heating package extra from November 1 to March 31, variable according to weather.
For safety reasons, recharging of 100% electric vehicles is prohibited. Only plug-in hybrid vehicles may be recharged under certain conditions.
The property is on the D22 between the Moulin Blanc Base de loisirs (7 km) and the Citadelle de Blaye (11 km). The Holiday cottage is housed in the former stables of the estate, which also includes the owner's home.
