Ideally located in the northern Médoc, around 5 kilometers from the village of Grayan et L'Hôpital and the ocean beaches of Le Gurp and Montalivet, our villa welcomes you for your stay in a pleasant, relaxing setting. Its location is ideal for discovering the many treasures of the Médoc: the seaside resort of Soulac sur Sea, the Cordouan lighthouse, the Market at Saint-Vivien-de-Médoc, visits to Médoc wine châteaux and much more.
The villa is set in 2000 m² of private, enclosed grounds with parking, and offers a secure environment for your Kids. It features a lovely covered terrace with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue.
All on one level, it can accommodate 6 people and comprises :
- a bright living room opening onto the terrace, with fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge, induction hob, oven, steam oven, microwave, dishwasher), dining room and TV lounge
- bedroom with double bed (140x200) opening onto terrace
- one bedroom with a 140x200 bed and private shower room (not enclosed).
- one bedroom with two 90x190 beds
- an independent shower room
- separate toilet
- laundry room with washing machine.
The property has reversible air-conditioning (in the living room and bedrooms). Pets welcome.
Possibility of renting sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (at extra cost).
