Maria and Joël welcome you to their small, single-story holiday cottage, located in Andernos-les-Bains, north of the Arcachon Basin, in a residential neighborhood on the edge of the Forest.
Adjacent to their primary residence, the holiday cottage has a separate entrance via a right of way, with parking available on the street in front of the property.
You’ll have access to an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.
The holiday cottage consists of a small living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room; a bedroom with a 160-bed; a bathroom with a large walk-in shower; and a separate wall-mounted toilet.
The holiday cottage is equipped with a heat pump. To ensure a stress-free stay, bed linens, bath towels, housekeeping, and heating are included in the price. For babies, an Umbrella bed (65 x 130 cm) is available, along with a changing table that attaches to the bed (fitted sheet provided).

Sev&Steph Très bonne semaine
C'est notre 2ème séjour dans le gite de Maria et Joël et c'est toujours aussi bien ! Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, au calme, à 10-15 min en vélo du Centre-Ville et de la Jetée. La literie est très bonne. Et Maria et Joël sont très attentionnés.

Christophe et Rosalb Excellent séjour
Gîte très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Lieu calme et reposant. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Joël et Maria, les propriétaires, ont été très avenants, très disponibles et très gentils.

Très bon accueil de Joël et Maria et toujours disponibles même si la location touche à leur maison.le logement est très fonctionnel et il y a tout le nécessaire pour nettoyer et la base pour cuisiner en plus des draps, serviettes et torchons.Douche Italienne super !! À peine trois kilomètres du bord du bassin et centre d'Andernos, très pratique pour faire tout en vélo.
