Château Malfard - Semillon

In a park with century-old trees, surrounded by animals (farmyard) and organically-farmed vines, you'll stay in the outbuildings of Château Malfard, former estate of Duke Decazes. You'll be able to stroll around the estate, especially around the pond.
Just 10 km from Libourne's new "La Calinésie" aquatic center, and adjoining a second accommodation, the Sémillon holiday cottage is housed in a restored 18th-century winegrower's house of stone and bleached wood.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, a large sitting room (fireplace), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. One is equipped with a 160x200cm four-poster bed, the second with a 160x200cm boat bed and its own bathroom and toilet, and the third, a small attic room, is equipped with two 90x190cm beds. A small independent bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the ensemble.
