Its ideal location close to Gujan Mestras City center means you'll be close to all amenities. You can also explore the oyster ports and other nearby leisure activities (amusement parks, Golf, Le Teich bird sanctuary, etc.).
Situated in a cul-de-sac, the environment is relatively quiet without being isolated. The cycle path passing in front of the Holiday cottage gives you the opportunity to set off on excursions with your two wheels in complete peace of mind.
There's an enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and garage.
The house comprises a bright living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge (quality rapido 140x190 cm sofa bed), a bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
For a simple stay, bed linen, towels, household linen and heating (electric) are included in the price.
Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge).
Pets allowed under certain conditions (cleaning fee required, additional deposit of 150€, exterior maintenance, limited access to living area, excluding sofa).
Possibility of 1 or 2 additional people sleeping on a sofa bed: 20€/day/person.
