Located in Andernos, north of the Bassin d'Arcachon, 800 m from the first beaches and 150 m from the main shops (bakery, fishmonger's, wine shop, pizzeria, supermarket), our Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for discovering all the area has to offer. Located on the second line of the main avenue, you'll enjoy a residential, quiet and unspoilt setting, with direct access to the cycle path (access gate from the garden).
The 80 m² house is set in 450 m² of grounds with terrace, garden, garden furniture, barbecue and inflatable Spa (included in July/August and €80 extra the rest of the year).
It comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and TV lounge area, 3 bedrooms (one 160x200 bed, one 140x200 bed, three 90x190 beds including 2 bunk beds), bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and washing machine), separate toilet.
The house is equipped with reversible air-conditioning. Electric blackout shutters on every window.
