Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.
We welcome you to our beautiful manor house, typical of the Saint-Emilion region. It has retained its character while offering excellent comfort. The new swimming pool (10x5) with its wide steps will refresh you on hot days, then you can relax in the enclosed park, contemplating the sumptuous sunsets of our beautiful region in the shade of the large cedar tree. Located on the first floor of the house, our two guest rooms each feature a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with hotel-quality bedding made in France, a sitting area with coffee table and 2 armchairs, a desk for teleworking (fiber optic cable available in the house), a courtesy tray with kettle, and a Dyson air freshener. Each room has its own private bathroom/toilet, one communicating and the other adjoining. Breakfast is served on the stone terrace overlooking the village of Lussac in fine weather, or in the breakfast room on the first floor. You can enjoy our homemade jams and tarts, fruit from the orchard in season and, if you prefer something savory, cheeses and ham from the South-West. Ideally located near Saint-Emilion, a world-famous Unesco site, our house is also the starting point for visits to the "satellite" villages of Lussac, Puisseguin, Mountain and Saint-Georges. Hiking and mountain bike trails will enable you to discover the cultural wealth of the Saint-Emilion region. We look forward to welcoming you soon! The landscaping around the Piscine is currently being finalized. Pets welcome on request, shared space with the family's French bulldog (deposit €250).
New for 2025: The Grand Cèdre suite welcomes you in a stone-built annex. It features a queen-size bed (160x200), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a living room with fully-equipped kitchen.

Rooms
Room: Le Rose et le Noir
This room offers a magnificent view of the village of Lussac and the park. The decorator wanted to "boost" the powder pink of the walls by adding a few touches of black with small, chic pieces of furniture. It is equipped with a 160x200 bed, a large walnut closet, 2 bedside tables, 2 modern armchairs, a coffee table and a desk with a herbal tea area. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath, two basins, bidet and toilet.

Lovely suite located in a stone-built annex offering a very bright bedroom with an office area for Telework, a travertine shower room with Italian-style shower, a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fan-cooled fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker...) and lounge with sofa bed (sleeping area 200cm x 120cm), TV, coffee table. Reversible air-conditioning.
Read moreRoom: Art et Jouy
A large, light-filled room with a pleasant view of the large cedar tree and the Piscine. It takes its name from the careful decoration, which combines classicism (toile de Jouy) and art (numerous paintings by local artists in harmony with the room's pastel colors). It features a 160x200 bed, a lounge area with two baroque armchairs and coffee table, wardrobe, desk and console table, and oil-fired central heating. The room has a private, non-communicating bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
