Ideally located in the Médoc, 7 kilometers from the ocean beaches and 1.5 km from the town of Vendays Montalivet, the Chalet du Courlis welcomes you to a quiet, pleasant setting on the edge of the Forest. For cyclists, the Vélodyssée and the Beach are just 300 m away, and the Chalet du Courlis is a haven of peace in a verdant setting. Built of wood with a warm, rustic feel, it offers a friendly, soothing atmosphere. Situated in the peaceful Pey-Mayan district, on a large enclosed plot with a second Holiday cottage, the Chalet is suspended on stilts and has a lovely south-facing terrace overlooking the garden. Inside, it comprises a bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, and a shower room with toilet. The Chalet has air conditioning in every room. Parking on the property. The entrance to the property is shared with the second Holiday cottage. The Chalet is at the front of the property.
