You'll be within easy reach of numerous amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.), cycle paths, the oyster port and Europe's largest saltwater swimming pool. Lovers of nature and wide-open spaces can discover the Domaine de Certes and Graveyron, by taking the coastal path just 1 kilometer away.
Situated in a residential area, our contemporary-style house dating from the 60s and 70s is fully detached on 900 m² of enclosed grounds. You'll enjoy a large, secure, elevated terrace, not overlooked, equipped with a Spa, bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture, gas plancha and lounge area. A garden with parking area is also available.
The house is arranged on two levels and comprises
- a spacious, bright and convivial living room, with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge opening onto the terrace,
- three bedrooms, including one with an electrically-controlled 140x190cm bed, a master suite with an electrically-controlled 160x200cm bed, dressing room and private shower room, and a bedroom with two 90x190cm bunk beds, opening onto the balcony.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels, table linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. The house is also equipped with gas heating.
