This holiday cottage is located in the outbuildings of a castle, set within a 2-hectare wooded and fenced-in park, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, Cinema, etc.). It is a peaceful haven just a stone’s throw from the city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train from the Sainte-Eulalie station, or by tram from the neighboring towns of Lormont or Carbon Blanc. From this prime location, you can set out to explore all the treasures the department has to offer.
It features a private terrace with outdoor furniture.
The house consists of a living area with a built-in kitchen, dining area, and lounge area; a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed; a bathroom; and a separate toilet.
You can park your car on the property.
Electric heating is available at an additional cost. Rental of sheets, kitchen linens, and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are available as paid options. A fan is provided for hot weather.
