Ideally located 1.5 km from Lake Hourtin and its water sports center, in a quiet, pleasant environment conducive to discovering nature, new contemporary house with 800m2 enclosed garden, in a small housing estate. The garden is complemented by a terrace with pergola equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue for tasty grills. A closed storage area is available for bicycles. The house comprises a living room, dining room and fitted kitchen (microwave), two bedrooms (one bed 160X200 and two beds 90X190) with fitted closets, a shower room with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a storeroom with washing machine adjoining the kitchen. You'll be seduced by its contemporary atmosphere and soft, local colors. Bed linen included and Beds made on arrival. Table linen, tea towel and towels provided, heating by reversible heat pump in air-conditioning mode included. End-of-stay cleaning service available (€60 for 8 or 15 days and €80 for 3 weeks or more).

Nous revenons régulièrement depuis 10 ans dans ce joli gîte. C'est le quatrième séjour et nous sommes toujours autant ravis de venir. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables et chaleureux.
La maison est tout confort, extrêmement propre. Le jardin est très joli, il est parfait si vous avez de jeunes enfants car il est clôturé et dans un lotissement très calme.Le lac est tout proche et l'océan à 15 mn.

Le gite est situé dans une impasse au calme entre le bourg et hourtin port. il est très bien entretenu, très propre et bien équipé, il ne manque rien.
Les extérieurs sont magnifiques.
