Located in La Teste de Buch, on the Bay of Arcachon, close to the protected natural site of Prés salés Est, its wild beaches and the coastal path, 10 minutes' walk from the oyster port, our small vacation home, fully restored in 2019, welcomes you for your stay. Adjoining other houses (not overlooked), it is located in a small condominium in the middle of a quiet wooded area. There's a tennis court, bowling green and Kids' playground nearby. A reserved parking space is available next to the house, with the option of connecting your electric vehicle to a charging station (electricity consumption extra).
Fully air-conditioned, the house comprises a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge with two convertible sofas (one 140cm, the other 100cm), plus a shower room with toilet. Upstairs is a small bedroom with a 160cm bed and storage space. In the mezzanine slope, you'll find a corner for reading, playing or relaxing, with its two 90cm beds.
Outside, as an extension of the living room, you'll find a 12 m² terrace with garden furniture. A sitting area and bar with electric plancha under a lean-to complete the ensemble.
