In the heart of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, close to 3 UNESCO cities, surrounded by the most prestigious vineyards of the Bordeaux and Cognac regions, the "AMETZA" Holiday cottage is bathed in a calm, natural atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Housed in an old 20th-century Gironde house, this Holiday cottage has been fully restored in 2019 to bring you a high level of comfort. To take advantage of the outdoor setting, you'll enjoy a large south-facing terrace with summer kitchen overlooking a garden of ornamental and aromatic plants. The interior comprises a large living room divided into two areas, a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, 3 different coffee makers....), with dining area and large TV lounge, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, additional sleeping space in the lounge (90 x 190 cm bed and convertible 2-seater sofa, separable with folding screen), a mezzanine (1.50 m) with a single bed (90 x 190 cm), equipped with a "Kids" barrier at the bottom of the ladder/staircase, and a lovely shower room with large shower, hairdryer and toilet.
The Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' house, and has an alarm (deposit for remote control €80). Heating included in the price. Bed linen, table linen and towels are included in the rental price for 2 people. Parking on the property (not enclosed). Fiber-optic Wifi. The Holiday cottage is non-smoking.
