Located in Gujan Mestras, in a quiet neighborhood close to all amenities, our house comprises a beautiful air-conditioned living room with entrance, fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge overlooking the terrace and swimming pool, three bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed, a mezzanine under the roof with a 140x190 bed, two shower rooms and a separate toilet. You'll enjoy a private outdoor space not overlooked, with terrace, private swimming pool, pergola with outdoor furniture, plancha grill and bowling green. Private parking for two vehicles.
Bed linen, towels, table linen, heating and wifi included in the price. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (fee on request; a €150 cleaning deposit is required on arrival). Air conditioning is available in the living room only, and electric heating in the bedrooms.
The Piscine is available from May to September, weather permitting.
